The role of pharmacists in Indonesia is still being questioned due to the lack of pharmacists in pharmaceutical services. Changes in the orientation of pharmaceutical services make the role of pharmacists very important which will give rise to various perceptions from the public. It is very important to assess community awareness, perceptions, experiences and expectations to measure the quality of pharmaceutical services provided by pharmacists. This research will identify and analyze awareness, perceptions of expectations and community experiences regarding the contribution of pharmacists in pharmaceutical services in pharmacies. Method: Using a purposive sampling technique, this non-experimental research involved 300 pharmacy visitors as participants to observe the phenomena that occurred. Data was collected by filling out a questionnaire, and then univariate descriptive analysis and scoring were carried out. After that, normality and categorization were carried out based on the median value. Results: This research shows that the majority of the public (87.33% or 262 of 300 respondents) have a good level of awareness regarding the role of pharmacists. Meanwhile, good perceptions were recorded by 64% of respondents (192 people), good experiences by 73.33% of respondents (220 people), and good expectations by 51.33% of respondents (154 people) regarding the role of pharmacists in pharmaceutical services at Pharmacy However, efforts to continue to improve the quality of pharmaceutical services are still needed to minimize the occurrence of medication errors.
